A person's BAC can be measured by one of the five

A person's BAC can be measured by one of the five following methods:

  1. Breath Test;
  2. Urine Test;
  3. Blood Test;
  4. Brain Biopsy; or
  5. Live Probe.

    6. Unfortunately, for tests numbers 4 and 5 above to be administered, the subject must be deceased.
